If you are in crisis, get help now
LUNO is an AI mental wellness companion for day-to-day self-care. It is not emergency care, licensed therapy, or a suicide-prevention service, and it cannot respond in real time.
What LUNO is — and is not
LUNO offers structured, self-guided journeys and optional questions to human wellness Experts. That support is for everyday emotional wellbeing — sleep, anxiety, mood, and similar goals. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor medical or psychiatric conditions, and it does not create a clinician-patient relationship.
If you are in danger or thinking about suicide
Leave the app and contact local emergency services immediately. If you are in the United States or Canada, call or text 988. If you are elsewhere, use the IASP local resource finder below. Do not wait for LUNO to reply.

When you are safe, LUNO can support daily wellness
Once you are out of immediate danger, LUNO can help with adaptive, self-guided journeys for sleep, anxiety, and everyday emotional wellbeing. Keep working with a licensed clinician if you have one.
If you are in ongoing mental health treatment, LUNO is a wellness tool alongside that care — not a medical device and not a replacement for it.
